Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.

All orders are shipped from the District of Columbia, and your delivery date is dependent upon the shipping address. Standard Delivery estimates are provided below:

- Orders to West Coast addresses typically take 5 to 7 business days.

- Orders to Southern states and Midwestern states typically take 4 to 5 business days.

- Orders to East Coast addresses typically take 3 to 5 business days.

Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Art 4 Humanity is not responsible for delivery delays via U.S. Postal Service. This includes weather, deliver attempts, and mechanical issues. 

International orders ship via U.S. Postal Service. Transit time will vary from country to country, but orders can arrive within approximately 5 to 10 business days. Shipping times depend on the location, the time of the year, and the local postal service. In some cases, it can take up to 4 weeks for an order to be delivered, depending on Customs.

For all orders higher than $ 95 A4H offers free shipping within the U.S.

Please note all prices are listed in USD, and you will be charged in USD. For an approximate estimation, please review the current exchange rate for your currency.


Return policy

We accept unworn, unused, undamaged and unwashed item(s) with the original or gift receipt for store credit within 14 days from when you received your order with all original packaging. In case of damaged items visual proof will be required.

Any product without original packaging or considered worn may not qualify for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable.  Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer or gift recipient. Additionally, customers must ship return using the carrier of his/her choice, and must keep the tracking details for records. 

Please allow 10-15 business days from date of receipt of return for processing.

Art 4 Humanity takes great care to package your items to ensure they arrive safely. Please kindly pack fragile items with the protective materials that you received with your package. Please also note that items must arrive at Art 4 Humanity as undamaged, unwashed, and unused or they will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

- Order number

- Date of purchase

- Return reason


Missing items or packages

If items are missing from your order upon delivery, please contact us at info@a4humanity.com within 10 days of receipt of your package. In rare cases when packages may be missing in transit, please kindly notify us within 10 days of receipt of a delivery confirmation email. We would be happy to issue a refund or ship the correct item(s) based on available inventory. Unfortunately, international orders do not qualify for replacement shipping.


Exchanges and cancellations

Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return. Please follow the steps listed under Return policy and then purchase items under a new transaction.

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@a4humanity.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Return policy. 

Orders containing customized or personalized items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned under any circumstances.


FAQs

Is Art 4 Humanity a non profit?

Art 4 Humanity (A4H) is not a non profit 501(c)(3) with tax exempt status. A4H is an activism platform and is dedicated to empowering underserved groups around the globe by donating a large part of its proceeds as well as raising funds via beneficial initiatives.


Can you give a breakdown of shipping costs?

While e-commerce sites are able to subsidize the cost of shipping from their profits or by marking up items. In order to ensure that items are competitively priced, A4H sells all its items at a very small profit. Any profit made is reinvested into the charities or vulnerable groups as re-ported  on the “Support a casue” page. Therefore, we are currently unable to offer free shipping (except for orders higher than $ 95) and returns.


Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do ship internationally.


Can I become an ambassador and sell A4H products?

Can I order custom items?

A4H is happy to receive commissions for Artworks and Art Prints. Please note that in this case the price would be different then the regular items sold on A4H website. Custom Art Cards, notebooks, bags and t-shirts are possible to order just in large quanti-ties. Please contact us at info@a4humanity.com and it will be our pleasure to answer your questions.
